Delivery costs are calculated individually based on the distance and necessery transport. The transport is fully insured.
Fully equipped Tiny House on wheels weighs approximately 3500 kg. The driver must have a category B+E drivers license.
This depends on the design and intended use. For those who want to travel more often with their tiny home a registered trailer(classified as a vehicle) will be more suitable. However if it is permanently attached to the property then building regulations will apply.

Yes, they are. We insulate them with natural materials such as mineral wool or wood fiber to ensure a nice climate all year round. We use infrared films or air conditioning for heating and cooling and a wood stove is available for additional warmth. The water system is also frost-proof.
For a standard we-build.lv project we will provide a detailed estimate production timeline and payment plan. It takes approximately 12 weeks to build your tiny house. Visit us in person or follow the progress with our weekly updates. Once the final inspection is complete you can pick it up by yourself or have it delivered.
Custom designs take approx. 1-2 additional months to make and are subject to additional fees.
